Making an impact online – promoting our contact centre services

 

The past year has seen Impact undergo huge growth, with our contact centre welcoming new clients and staff alike.  We needed a new online space fit for purpose for Impact today, that accurately reflects what we are about as a company, the various services we offer and the type of employers we are.  We are very happy to announce that the site went live this month.

We wanted this website to provide a simple overview of everything we do here at Impact, our contact centre services swell as training and payment processing.  We were also very keen that everything about the site reflect our company values and as such we’ve not used any stock images, all the pictures are of our team members, in our offices.

The fresh new look really reinforces the message that at Impact, our people and our clients are at the heart of everything we do and that it is your results that matter to us.  We were particularly keen to showcase our staff, as a people and technology focused business, we hope those visiting our site gain an insight into the culture and the environment that we want our employees to work within and our services to be conducted from.

Special thanks goes to Emma Cram from Cram Communication for all the hard work put in developing our content and working with our executive team and suppliers to clearly define our offering. In addition to this we’ve worked with new partners in Iain Faulds (Dijify), Jamie Byers and McAteer Photograph to develop the technical and design elements of our branding and site. They’ve exceeded our expectations and we’ll be pleased to continue to work in partnership with them in the future.
